What is Equine-Assisted Learning? Equine Assisted Learning is a collaborative form of self-development work. Horses participate with clients in the sessions. This unique dynamic prompts deep exploration and discovery around the client's perspectives, emotional patterns, self-awareness, and blockages to growth or areas where we may hold ourselves back unconsciously. Equine-assisted sessions foster self-discovery, healing, clarity and holistic integration of mind, body and spirit.
How it works: Clients meet with a facilitator to discuss their challenges and goals. We decide together, through an initial session, if this work is a good fit. Client then decides whether they'd like to schedule 6 or 10 weeks of sessions. Sessions meet weekly for one hour.
